Rules of Huang Yinglong.

1. Member obligations.
1-1. Since Vherokior is a very young race within the Republic, we find it very important for our members to focus in their training. With combined specializations, we believe we can achieve more. We also think it's important to stay together, operating in one and same area. Therefor we want all members to be based within 5 jumps from where the corporation is operating, and that they spend most of their time in that area.
1-2. For missions, we want our members to mainly work for the Republic Fleet, Vherokior Tribe bureaus and Trust Partners. The point is again, to keep our members close to eachother, and to make it easier for us to help eachother out. It is not allowed to work for agents connected for other factions than the Minmatar Republic or Thukker tribe.
1-3. We are not only Vherokior, but a part of the Minmatar Republic. There are many reasons why we only allow our members to fly the ships of the following races: Minmatar, Angel and ORE. This to keep our training focused, but also to create an identity for our corporation. The Minmatar ships may be the most skill demanding ships to fly, but are also by that fact, the most versitable ones.
1-4. Since Huang Yinglong is a role playing corporation we expect members to stay in-character in channels and generally act as if they really live in the EVE universe, as opposed to just playing a game. OOP (out of pod) topics should be marked with (( )) brackets.
2. Corp obligations.
2-1. Every member must belong to one of our houses and fullfill the tasks being directed by its leadership, including corp quota which is based on the members capabilities.
2-2. A Member who fails his house by not performing his job up to Huang Long's standards will be demoted to Zhao Mu. If the lack of participation continues for more than 2 weeks, then that member will be removed from the corp.
2-3. An applicant who's been accepted and become a Zhao Mu, has 20 days get approved for a corp title.
3. Out Of Game obligations.
3-1. Absence. Every member have to post their awayness in the appropiate topic of this forum. If not, the member will risk be removed from the corp if not been heard of after about 2 weeks.
3-2. Members are expected to keep updated with the Huang Yinglong forum.
3-3. Due to security reasons, officers may ask for screenshots from the members' clients. This information will be handled discrete and only be kept within the walls of the offficer's lounge.
4. Skill requirements.
To become a full member of Huang Yinglong, we need you to have some basic skills. This means new members can be recruited, and should have plenty of time during their 20 days as Zhao Mus to train these skills.
4-1. We think it's important that skills can be trained as fast as possible. Before accepting a Zhao Mu for full membership, we require that they have trained these skills.

Instant Recall 4
Analytical Mind 4
Spatial Awareness 4
Iron Will 4
Empathy 4
4-2. Basic combat skills. Combat is not only about guns. It's also how you can move in space, as well as having some knowledges in basic electronic warfare. These skills must be trained in order for a Zhao Mu to become a full member:
Propulsion Jamming 1
Afterburner 1
Minmatar Frigate 3
Sensor Linking 1
Warp Drive Operation 3
Target Painting 1
Weapon Disruption 1
Electronic Warfare 1
Gunnery 2
Small Projectile Turrets 2

We fly Arch Angel ships because of their focus on projectile weapon bonuses: Dramiel, Cynabal, Machariel.
1-4. Rare Exceptions to the general rule "only Minmatar ships" The best thing about our corp is the people in it and the quality of pilots we have succeeded in achieving by fighting long wars and anti-pirate-campaigns. As we are normally against our members flying other races' ships, we would still agree to it if it lets in additional pilots with these high qualities. Therefore we might allow very experienced pilots, Members and Prospects, to fly ships of other races upon request and approval by the Council.
Approval of Council: The requester has to state to the Huang Yinglong Council, why he/she wants to fly ships of other races ((RP-Stories are very welcome)). Council will decide and give permission based on reputation, skillpoints, piloting skills and experience. If the requester gets the permission, the medal "Foreign Ships - Wai Chuan" and the Jin Hu Title "Foreign Ships - Wai Chuan" will be awarded to the Requester: "Due to exceptional performance the bearer has the councils authorisation for flying foreign Ships."
If Corp is giving out free Ships for War Efforts, then it will be Minmatar Ships only.
